What is Padlet?

Padlet is an easy way to facilitate creating, collaborating, and assessment in your classroom. It is a digital canvas where you and your students can post images, videos, documents, and text. Padlet is a great place for gathering and sharing ideas and student projects. Set up your Padlet and share the link with your students. Use Padlet for exit tickets, making predictions, research resource gathering, science experiment results, lesson reflection activities, and much more!

What is set-up like?

You will need to go to www.padlet.com to create an account and set up your Padlet walls. You have options such as turning on or off student likes and comments. You may also password protect your wall if you choose.

What type of data feedback is available?

The teacher guides by creating a wall and asking for particular responses from students. Students post their responses. The teacher can then comment and give feedback to the student. Once the students have the Padlet link, they can access the Padlet anytime. Posts are saved on the boards until the board is deleted.
